Terms & Conditions

The rules of play at Mickey9 Casino

Opening an account creates an agreement between you and Novi B.V., the company that operates Mickey9 Casino under a licence from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. These are its terms, written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Last updated: 3 September 2026 · Operator: Novi B.V. · Licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board

The headline rules: 18 or over, one account per person, one verified payment method in your own name, and bonus funds carry wagering before they can be withdrawn.

01

What you are agreeing to

Registering an account, depositing funds or placing a wager means you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the right response is not to open an account.

We may change these terms — a new payment method, a regulatory requirement, a clarification. Material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.

"We", "us", "Mickey9"
Novi B.V., the licensed operator of mickey9.com.
"You", "the player"
The individual named on the account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
"Cash balance"
Funds you deposited or won outright, withdrawable subject to verification.
"Bonus balance"
Promotional credit, withdrawable only once its wagering requirement is met.
02

Who can hold an account

  • You must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified at registration and again before a first withdrawal.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and be acting on your own behalf.
  • You must not be resident in a country from which we are barred from accepting players. The list is checked at registration and can change.
  • You must not be self-excluded — with us, or through a national register such as BetStop.
  • Employees of Novi B.V., of our suppliers, and their immediate families cannot hold player accounts.

An account opened by a person under 18 is closed on discovery. Deposits are returned in full and winnings are void. This is a licence condition and there is no discretion in it.

03

Your account

One person, one account

Duplicate accounts are the single most common cause of a voided withdrawal, so it is worth being clear. If we identify multiple accounts sharing an identity, address, device or payment method, we keep the first and close the rest. Bonuses claimed through the duplicates are forfeited; deposits made to them are returned.

Details must be accurate

Register in your own legal name, at your own address, with an email address you control. If any of it changes, update it — a withdrawal cannot be paid to a name that does not match the account.

Verification

Before your first withdrawal we ask for photo identification and proof of address, and sometimes for evidence that a payment method belongs to you. This is not a delaying tactic; it is what the licence requires. Uploading the documents early means the first cashout runs at the speed of the payment method rather than the speed of our checks.

Security

Your password is yours to protect. Activity from an account is treated as yours unless you have told us it was compromised, so tell us quickly if it was.

04

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits start at $20 and clear according to the method — cards and e-wallets are effectively instant, crypto follows its network. Payment methods must be in your own name; third-party cards, wallets and accounts are declined.

Item Rule
Minimum deposit $20
E-wallet withdrawals 0 – 24 hours once approved
Card withdrawals 3 – 5 business days
Bank transfers 3 – 7 business days
Daily withdrawal limit $10,000
Monthly withdrawal limit $100,000
Currencies 26, including Australian dollars and eight cryptocurrencies

Withdrawals go back the way they came

Where a payment method supports it, cashouts return to the method used for the deposit. It is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a preference of ours. Where the method cannot receive funds, we agree an alternative in your name.

Currency conversion

An account held in Australian dollars stays in Australian dollars. If you deposit in another currency, conversion happens at the rate applying at the time and the rate is shown before you confirm.

A withdrawal above the daily limit is not refused — it is paid across consecutive days until it is settled, within the monthly cap.

05

Bonuses and wagering

The welcome offer is a 150% match on your first deposit up to $1,000, plus 200 free spins. Reload offers, 10% cashback and the rewards attached to the 21 VIP levels follow the same principles set out here, and each individual promotion carries its own terms shown at the point you claim it.

  • Wagering applies. Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered before they convert to cash. The multiplier is stated on the offer.
  • Games contribute differently. Slots usually contribute in full; table games and live dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table sits with the offer.
  • Maximum stake while wagering. Promotions cap the stake per spin or hand while a wagering requirement is open. Exceeding it can void the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Cash first. Where an account holds both, cash balance is played down before bonus balance.
  • One welcome offer per person. Per person, per household, per device and per payment method.
  • Expiry. Unused bonus funds and unplayed free spins expire on the date shown with the offer.

Bonus abuse — low-risk or hedged betting purely to clear wagering, coordinated multi-accounting, or stake patterns with no purpose other than converting a bonus — voids the bonus and anything won from it. Your own deposited funds are always returned.

06

Fair play and game rules

All 2,945 games come from the 70 licensed studios listed on our site and run on their systems, not ours. Outcomes are produced by random number generators that those studios have independently tested and certified. We cannot alter a result, and neither can you.

  • Published RTP is a long-run figure. The catalogue averages 96.5% measured across millions of rounds. It describes the game, not your session.
  • Malfunctions void play. If a game or the platform errors, affected rounds and any resulting pays are void. Stakes are returned.
  • Disconnections. A round completed on the studio's server stands whether or not your connection survived it. Uncompleted rounds are settled or refunded on reconnection.
  • Automation is not allowed. Bots, scripts and any software playing on your behalf are grounds for closing an account.
  • Obvious errors. A payout or price that is clearly wrong — a misconfigured paytable, a display fault — may be corrected after the fact.
07

Closing an account

By you

Ask on live chat or through the online form and we close it. Withdraw your balance first, or tell us where to send it. If you are closing because play has stopped being enjoyable, use self-exclusion instead of ordinary closure — it is the version that cannot be undone on a bad evening. The tools are on our Responsible Gaming page.

By us

We close accounts where a player is under 18, where identity cannot be verified, where duplicate accounts or fraud are established, where a payment is reversed or disputed dishonestly, or where a legal or regulatory requirement leaves us no choice. Where an account is closed and no fraud is involved, the cash balance is returned in full.

Dormancy

An account with no login for an extended period is marked dormant. We contact you at the address on file before anything happens to it, and a dormant balance remains yours to claim.

08

If something goes wrong

Most disagreements are a misunderstanding about a bonus term or a verification step, and most are settled on live chat within minutes. When they are not, there is a route.

  1. Raise it on live chat, available 24/7, or through the online form, which we answer within 24 hours. Give the date, the game or transaction, and what you expected to happen.
  2. If the first answer does not resolve it, ask for the complaint to be escalated. It goes to a manager and you get a written response.
  3. We aim to close complaints within 14 days. Where something needs a game studio or a payment provider to investigate, we tell you and keep you updated rather than going quiet.
  4. If you are still not satisfied, the matter can be referred to the Curacao Gaming Control Board under our licence.

Our own records — server logs, transaction history and game rounds held by the studio — are the evidence a dispute is decided on. You are entitled to see the records relating to your account.

09

Liability and applicable law

Mickey9 Casino is entertainment. You play with money you have chosen to risk, and losses are not recoverable from us. We provide the site with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted — connections drop, providers go down for maintenance, and things occasionally break.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for losses arising from your own breach of these terms, or for the acts of third parties such as payment providers and internet services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of Curacao and the licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Questions about any of this go to live chat or the online form, both listed on the Contact page.
